“Receiving a letter when you are detained is priceless": His history of persecution is his inspiration for helping others

He was persecuted in Venezuela for being gay and joining the 2014 protests. While trying to seek asylum at the border of the United States he was placed in solitary confinement. Now he writes messages to people held in different detention centers around the country to bring them happiness.
