Millions of Ukrainians have had to leave their homes and flee the Russian invasion. On the border with Mexico there is also a crisis of migrants seeking refuge in the United States. The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi, explains what the organization has done for refugees in Ukraine and in Latin America.
