Kamala Harris would give "temporary protected status" to Venezuelan refugees

In an interview with Univision, Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris said the United States must help deliver humanitarian aid to people in need in Venezuela. Harris opposes military intervention in the South American country, saying there are other ways to help Venezuelans.
