Coconut rice is an excellent side to be served with your favorite meals. The recipe is quite simple and requires common ingredients found at most households. If you’re sensing a desire to give your family a new delicacy at the dinner table, we are going to teach you how make this happen.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans of coconut milk
  • Jasmine rice
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Sea salt for cooking
  • Olive oil

Preparation

Into the rice cooker add 2 cups of jasmine rice and 2 ½ cups of coconut milk. Stir and follow by adding 1 tablespoon of sea salt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and allow for the rice to cook. On a cutting board chop the cilantro and once the rice is done, drizzle it on top. After a few minutes, you’ll notice a delicious scent!
