Job Description:

1+1 Cares is an expanding premium service platform that connects families with qualified caregivers.  We are looking for an Advisor to join our team-oriented family. As the face of 1+1 Cares, an Advisor connects with clients/families to help them through the process of finding a caregiver match. Opportunity to join a start-up with massive future earnings and career growth 

Job Duties:

• Receive intake calls to help callers/leads help them through the process

• Conduct sales meeting (in-person or virtually) with families in facilities and client homes to do initial client interviews to see if our agency is the right fit for them; Sets realistic expectations with clients regarding care 

• Responsible for maintaining contact with the client to be sure all paperwork is completed correctly and promptly

• Develop new strategies to win over clients.

• Helps improve the process in which client meetings are performed

• Maintains a list and stays in contact with all potential prospects/leads

• Follow up with referral sources to provide updates on their referred clients 

• Maintain rapport with new and existing accounts to support the Community Relations Director in the senior community. Analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand

• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing Marketing data and trends

• Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; coordinating new product development

• Attend networking and marketing events to support the Community Relations Director when needed/required

• Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential

Requirements:

• 1 year of direct marketing experience in the Bay area. We love to hear about our team’s challenges and success stories. 

• Strong contacts with referring Case Managers from Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, Senior, and Community centers. We would love to add your book of business to our library. 

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated to join the adventure with our 1+1 family 

• Outstanding people skills who stick to people at the very first meeting

• Strong skills and experience using Google Suite. We love working smart, efficiently, and with balance!

RESUMEN

Brinda asistencia en las actividades de planificación del cuidado de los residentes, incluidos los procesos MDS y MMQ. Participa en la finalización oportuna del proceso MDS (Conjunto mínimo de datos, formularios de seguimiento de alta y reingreso).

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES incluyen lo siguiente. Se pueden asignar otras funciones.

·           Asiste al Coordinador de Evaluación de Residentes en el cumplimiento de las responsabilidades, según las indicaciones.

·           Completa las evaluaciones de los residentes que dirige el plan de atención.

·           Realiza sesiones de orientación sobre el proceso MDS a todos los empleados involucrados.

·           Puede coordinar operaciones de sistemas de información y educación para el departamento clínico.

·           Responsable de comunicarse con la línea directa de beneficios de Medicare según lo requieran las pautas de la compañía.

·           Desarrolla el cronograma de fechas de vencimiento para las evaluaciones periódicas.

·           En ausencia del Coordinador de Evaluación de Residentes, puede desempeñar las funciones de ese puesto con la supervisión de una Enfermera Registrada (si corresponde).

·           Completa los formularios y documentos requeridos de acuerdo con la política de la empresa y las regulaciones estatales y/o federales.

CALIFICACIONES DE ENTRADA

·           Graduada de una escuela acreditada de Enfermería.

·           Registro estatal válido como LPN/LVN

·           Conocedor de OBRA, Perspective Payment System y proceso MDS.

As the face of 1+1 Cares, an Advisor connects with clients/families to help them through the process of finding a caregiver match. Job Duties:

• Receive intake calls to help callers/leads help them through the process

• Conduct sales meeting (in-person or virtually) with families in facilities and client homes to do initial client interviews to see if our agency is the right fit for them; Sets realistic expectations with clients regarding care 

• Responsible for maintaining contact with the client to be sure all paperwork is completed correctly and promptly

• Develop new strategies to win over clients.

• Helps improve the process in which client meetings are performed

• Maintains a list and stays in contact with all potential prospects/leads

• Follow up with referral sources to provide updates on their referred clients 

• Maintain rapport with new and existing accounts to support the Community Relations Director in the senior community. Analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand

• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing Marketing data and trends

• Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; coordinating new product development

• Attend networking and marketing events to support the Community Relations Director when needed/required

• Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential

• Help support Community Relations Director with Marketing activities 

Requirements:

 

• 1 year of direct marketing experience in the Bay area. We love to hear about our team’s challenges and success stories. 

• Strong contacts with referring Case Managers from Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, Senior, and Community centers. We would love to add your book of business to our library. 

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated to join the adventure with our 1+1 family 

• Outstanding people skills who stick to people at the very first meeting

• Strong skills and experience using Google Suite. We love working smart, efficiently, and with balance!
