DESSERT: How to make a baked flan!
In the past, I’ve heard several people talk about how difficult it is to make flan. However, there is a recipe that doesn’t require extensive tricks and techniques. With this is mind, I’m going to share a super quick and easy way to make flan. The best part is how most of the preparation is done with the use of a blender!

Ingredients
- 2/3 of a cup of white sugar
- 1, .14 ounce can of condensed milk
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 cup of milk
- 5 whole eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
WHAT'S FOR DINNER: Extra crispy and cheesy lasagna!
Preparation
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 350 degrees. Into a sauce pan, add 2/3 of a cup of white sugar and melt it under medium heat; shake and swirl until the sugar has caramelized. Follow by evenly pouring the sugar into a baking dish.
Into a blender, incorporate the condensed milk, heavy cream, milk, eggs and vanilla extract. Blend on high for 1 minute.
Follow, by pouring this mixture into the baking dish. Then, place the baking dish inside a larger baking pan and carefully slide it into the oven. Next, give the outside pan a water bath, by filling it in with hot water. Bake the flan for 50 minutes or until it’s ready. Last, but not least, serve and enjoy!
